The Gridiron Grill-Off is All About Gourmet Food, Charity & Football
The 8th annual Gridiron Grill-Off, held at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater, teams up the top chefs in South Florida with NFL legends like Zach Thomas and Sam Madison, to create signature grilled dishes, like Chipotle Wagyu Ribs served with Rustic Kale Salad, for you to taste.

Chefs from the 2016 Grill-Off “Fan Favorite” winner, S3, and “Judges Choices” Champion, Pelican Landing, and others will be preparing gourmet samplings to fill your plate. During the Grill-Off you’ll meet the chefs and legendary NFL players while making your way around the event tasting each team’s first-class gourmet dish and voting for your favorite via the Gridiron Grill-Off APP. Event proceeds benefit Offerdahl’s Hand-Off Foundation.
Mix & Mingle with Celebrity Athletes
Seek autographs from legend athletes while tasting gourmet foods from South Florida’s top chefs. You will have the opportunity to take photos, get autographs and talk to some of the players that have become part of the NFL legacy!
Sustainable Seafood Village
The Sustainable Seafood Village will feature South Florida’s top chefs preparing sustainable seafood tasting’s and an area to sit back and view up-to-the-minute results of the Fan-Favorite voting competition and the Cornhole Leaderboard!

The Toyota Cornhole Stadium & Festival Stage
From 1:00pm to 4:00pm, FANS are encouraged to compete and earn a spot in the Grill-Off Cornhole Finals– a bean bag tailgating game that teams 16 Celebrity Pros with the Top 16 Community Joes (that’s you!) in an elimination tournament to become the Grill-Off Cornhole Champions!
Here’s how it works. For a charitable donation, FANS toss 8 bean bags to make the Top 16 Leaderboard. If you don’t score big, don’t fret! Purchase additional entries to perfect your game and you’ll be supporting our mission to “Feed the Needs of Kids in Crisis!”
Preferred Parking in the Toyota Parking Lot
Toyota vehicle owners who purchase tickets to the 2017 Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival are entitled to preferred parking spaces in the Toyota Parking Lot located adjacent to the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. Only Toyota owners are eligible for this offer so make sure to drive your Toyota to the Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival and look for signage that will direct you to the Toyota Parking Lot.
